Our renowned head chef, Tony Moss has created an authentic Spanish tapa's style menu using fresh local and imported ingredients to cater for all ages and tastes. 

 

The 'Skinny Staples' include Paella's, flat breads along with various meat, seafood and vegetarian tapas.  We are especially proud of our imported cured meats selection, olives, Spanish cheeses and our trademark Skinny Sardines.

To compliment the Spanish tapa's menu we have specially imported a range of Spanish wines and sherries.  We highly recommend the Carchelo Syrah and the Conde Valdemar Rojia for easy drinking wines to enjoy with meal.
